ExDigita is incorporated in the Philippines and registered with the SEC, with its office in Cebu Business Park, Cebu City. The company provides outsourced tech staff and tech support services for companies engaged in online advertising, ad tech, and e-commerce.

Our objective is to provide professional services to our clients at the same or higher level than they would receive from their own locally-employed staff. We have a great team in a casual, friendly, and fun office environment. We enjoy working with our clients and with each other. We are also very serious about the work we perform for our clients.

We have a skilled team of full-time employees, supplemented by additional staff engaged on a part-time or project basis. Most of our employees have BSIT or BSICT degrees from four-year universities. Many have graduated with honors. Many of our Media and AdOps staff are certified by Google in various online advertising technologies.

We hire smart, highly-capable people who love working with online technology. Candidates for most of our positions take English and math tests, and we only interview those who score highly on both tests. For some positions, we ask to see a portfolio of candidates’ past work, or we test their programming skills. We also hire high-achieving researchers and telemarketers.

We look for people who are responsible, dependable, trustworthy, honest, professional, and who conduct themselves with a high level of integrity. People who are hard-working, diligent, organized, detail-oriented, pro-active self-starters, mature and able to work without constant supervision are the best fit for working in ExDigita. Common sense, good business judgment, and a good sense of process flow are also important.

For many of our positions, it’s important to be good at developing and maintaining business relationships (via phone and email), and this usually requires very good written and oral communication skills in English.

People working with us must desire to constantly learn new knowledge and develop their skills, because online business is constantly evolving, with new technology all the time.

POSITION: OJT, Sales Research / B2B Marketing / Affiliate Network Operations

TRAINING AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Learn to use various online research tools to build customer prospect lists
  • Learn how to use various CRM databases
  • Learn about online affiliate networks
  • Support clients including Silicon Valley advertising technology companies, digital ad agencies, etc.
  • Optional opportunities to make research calls to international companies to prepare for call center career

REQUIREMENTS

  • 4th year student in bachelor degree program
  • At least 19 years old
  • Good written and oral communication skills in English (English test required)
  • Can work at least 20 hours per week, and at least 300 hours total (preference given to those who can work more hours)
  • Very good skills in Excel; skills in Word and PowerPoint are a plus
  • Mature, responsible, dependable, trustworthy, honest, with high level of integrity

REQUIREMENTS

  • 4th year student of IT, Communications, Marketing, Business, Math, or other field relevant to online advertising
  • At least 19 years old
  • Very good with numbers and calculations (math test required)
  • Interested in online media and advertising as a potential career
  • Able to learn digital technology and applications quickly and easily
  • Good written and oral communication skills in Tagalog, Visaya, and English (English test required)
  • Can work at least 20 hours per week, and at least 600 hours total (preference given to those who can work more hours)

POSITION: Outbound B2B Research and Lead Generation Agent

Full-time or part-time opportunity for experienced B2B telemarketer

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Research and call companies to confirm the name and contact info of the decision-maker for potentially purchasing our services

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor degree preferred, but exceptional candidates with at least two years of college and fulfilling all other requirements will also be considered
  • At least one year of successful B2B lead gen, appointment setting, or sales in call center / BPO
  • Experience selling B2B services related to BPO / outsourced services, SEO, SEM, web development, advertising, marketing, or media is a big plus
  • At least 21 years old
  • Excellent phone skills, including ability to get around “gatekeepers” to get name and contact info of decision makers in prospect companies
  • Productive, efficient caller, able to make a high volume of calls
  • Excellent oral communication skills in English (test calls required)
  • Can work at least 20 hours per week
  • Work 10PM – 7AM (or hours within this shift for part-timer)

POSITION: Financial Reporting Assistant

Part-time work for student or graduate; approximately 80 – 100 hours per month
Can also be OJT and continuing PT work for accounting or office admin student
Flexible schedule

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare invoices, account statements, payroll calculations, and simple financial reports like P&L statements
  • Prepare reports and make payments to statutory authorities: SSS, PhilHealth, and PAG-IBIG

We will teach you how to do the above tasks
